Services.
One-to-one shiatsu (60 or 90 minutes), breathwork (45 minutes), guided stillness (30 minutes), a combined shiatsu and breathwork session (100 minutes) and monthly check-ins (30 minutes). The sessions are relaxation-oriented. They are not medical care, and no result is promised.
Fees.
Fees are not published on this website. The fee for the chosen session is confirmed in writing, in Japanese yen and including consumption tax, before the booking is confirmed.
Charges other than the fee.
Anything other than the session fee is stated before you confirm a booking. We do not add charges afterwards.
Payment method.
Cash or bank transfer, as agreed when you book.
Payment timing.
On the day of the session, unless something else was agreed in writing. No deposit is asked for a first booking. For visitors who often reschedule, an advance payment to hold a slot may be agreed individually.
When the service is provided.
At the studio, at the date and time agreed by email or telephone. No goods are shipped.
Cancellation and changes.
Please tell us at least 48 hours before the session. With less than 24 hours' notice, half of the session fee may be charged. If we have to cancel a session, we tell you as early as we can and do not charge for it.
Returns.
The sessions are services provided at an appointed time and no goods are sold, so there are no product returns. If you are not satisfied, tell us and we will talk it through.

Tuesday to Saturday, 10:00-19:00, by appointment.
Important notice.
Sessions are relaxation-oriented bodywork and guided practices. We do not diagnose, treat or cure any condition and make no medical claims. If you are unwell or under medical care, please speak to your doctor first.
Language of the contract.
Sessions are arranged in English or in Japanese by email or telephone. Any agreement we make with you is governed by the laws of Japan.
Health and safety.
Please tell us before the session about anything that affects how you should be touched or how you should breathe, such as pregnancy, a recent injury or an operation, or ongoing medical care. We may decline or end a session that is not suitable for you.
Personal data.
What we do with the details you send us is described in our Privacy policy (privacy.html). We use them only to reply, to arrange and run sessions and to keep a short record of sessions and payments.

This notice applies to the sessions that Pure Cloud Valley offers through this website, by email and by telephone. It describes who we are, what a booking involves, what it costs to find out the fee and what happens if a session has to be moved or cancelled. The website itself does not take orders or payments.
Changes to this notice.
If any of these details change, for example the hours, the payment methods or the cancellation rule, we update this page and the date at the top. A change does not alter a booking that has already been confirmed in writing.
